Construction method of chemical anchor
1. According to project planning regulations, drilling holes in opposite directions in the plate. The diameter, hole depth and bolt diameter should be judged by professional technology or on-site experiments.
2. Brush the hole wall with a bristles, and then use clean and oil-free air to compress and blow out the floating dust. Repeat this many 3 times. When necessary, clean the hole wall with a clean cotton cloth dipped in a small amount of toluene or ethanol.
3. Ensure that the surface of the bolt is clean, boring, and free of oil stains.
4. It is recognized that there is no abnormal condition such as appearance damage and drug solidification in the glass tube reinforcement anchoring package, and its round mouth is placed in the reinforcement anchoring hole and sent to the bottom of the hole.
5. Using an electric impact drill or a hand electric drill and special equipment and fixtures, insert the extruder screw super powerfully and insert it until the bottom of the hole, so as to destroy the glass tube and super-strongly mix the steel anchoring drug. The speed ratio of the impact drill or hand drill should be adjusted to a slow speed gear, and the impact method should not be used.
6. When the screw reaches the bottom of the hole or the direction marked on the bolt, immediately interrupt the rotation, take out the equipment fixture, and avoid vibration after the glue is suspected and before it is completely dried. Requesting overtime rotation will cause loss of adhesive and endanger the anchoring force of the steel bar.
7. Check the appearance to see if everything is normal. The chemical anchors
at key positions need to carry out an on-site pullout test to check whether the anchoring force of the steel bar is satisfactory to the overall planning requirements; the construction of the next process can be carried out only after the passing side.
